摘要
医院信息系统的升级是一项挑战性、综合性很强的工作,任何考虑不到的因素、不当的操作都会对系统运行带来致命的影响。结合医院信息系统升级的案例,按时间维、目标维和因素维三个方面分解,识别升级变更风险,通过加强硬件系统建设与管理、强制执行相关标准及规范、加强技术培训,完善技术交底,提高维护质量、实施变革管理、加强沟通和交流等措施,制定积极有效的风险管理机制,努力降低风险,运用科学的风险管理方法推动医院信息系统的顺利升级、稳定可靠运行。
It' s challenging and comprehensive to upgrade Hospital Information System(HIS). Any unconsidered factors, incorrect operation may bring fatal impact to HIS. So it is necessary for the HIS upgrading project team to appropriately evaluate each risk during each step of upgrading process. In this paper, based oil a HIS upgrading case parlicipated, the authur suggesl to decompose and identify change risk daring upgrading fronl time, objecl and factor three dimensions, in order to establish active and effective risk management mechanism, reduce the risk. Furlhermm'e with the help of scientific risk management, the HIS upgrading will run smoothly anti HIS will run reliably and stable in the future.
