摘要
研究了金针菇、香菇、猴头菌和灵芝在液体深层培养中的富硒能力。测定了不同硒浓度(从10μg/g~500μg/g)下四种食用菌的生长状况及最大富硒能力;研究了四种食用菌在富硒深层培养中菌丝干重、还原糖及菌丝内有机硒含量的变化。分析结果表明,四种食用菌都有不同程度的富硒能力,灵芝的富硒能力最强,是其他三种食用菌的10~20倍,对硒的耐受能力可达500μg/g,菌丝内有机硒含量最高达8000μg/g。
The selenium accumulation ability in the mycelia of Ganoderma luculum , Flammulina velutipes, Lentinula edodes and Hericium erinaceus by submerged culture was studied. The growth conditions of four edible fungi and the maximum Se accumulation ability in the mycelia were determined under different Se concentration (10μg/g-500μg/g). The changes of the dry weight, the content of the reducing sugar and organic-Se in the mye-clia of four edible fungi under submerged culture added with Se were also studied. The results showed that four edible fungi had different Se accumulation and biotransformation ability, that the Se accumulation rate of Ganoderma luculum mycelium was the highest (up to 500μg/g), 10 - 20 times higher than that of other three edible fungi, and that the content of organic Se in the mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum was up to 8000μg/g
