摘要
施用锌肥可明显减轻淹水玉米涝害,表现为叶绿素降解和叶片膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛积累均减慢,可溶性蛋白质含量下降和过氧化物酶活性的升高均受抑制,超氧化物歧化酶( S O D)和过氧化氢酶活性下降也受控制。同时淹水玉米施锌后不定根产生数量和株高生长速度均高于淹水不施锌的玉米植株,而且排水后植株恢复迅速。
Applying zinc in the soil or spraying it to the leaves of maize seedlings at the beginning of waterlogging treatment could reduce waterlogging injury. Both the degradation of chlorophyll and the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA) induced by waterlogging were inhibited by zinc, so was the related decrease of soluble protein and increase of peroxidase activity. Zinc could also significant delay the decrease of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase activities. The number of adventitions root and growing rate of plant height of waterlogged maize after zinc treatment were more than those of untreated control.
