摘要
目的系统地研究刺山柑(Capparis spinosa)茎和叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离,再通过LC-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果刺山柑茎和叶经体积分数85%的乙醇提取,从中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:补骨脂素(psoralen,Ⅰ)、异补骨脂素(isopsoralen,Ⅱ)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(ethyl hydroxybenzo-ate,Ⅲ)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(methylparaben,Ⅳ)、反式肉桂酸(transcinnamic acid,Ⅴ)、苯甲酸(benzoic acid,Ⅵ)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅶ)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,Ⅷ)、山柰酚芸香苷(kaempfer-ol-3-O-rutinoside,Ⅸ)、芦丁(rutin,Ⅹ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅺ)和β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of stems and leafs of Capparis spinosa L..Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were analyzed by spectroscopic methods.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and purified,and their structures were determined as psoralen(Ⅰ),isopsoralen(Ⅱ),ethyl hydroxybenzoate(Ⅲ),methylparaben(Ⅳ),transcinnamic acid(Ⅴ),benzoic acid(Ⅵ),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅻ),protocatechuic acid(Ⅷ),kaempfer-ol-3-O-rutinoside(Ⅸ),rutin(Ⅹ),β-sitosterol(Ⅺ),and β-daucosterol(Ⅻ).Conclusion CompoundsⅠ-Ⅴ were isolated from Capparis for the first time.
