摘要
分析了当前就业市场中歧视女大学生的具体表现,认为传统的性别观念、企业的趋利性行为和劳动力市场的供过于求以及法制的不完善等因素是导致歧视出现的主要原因,并从法律、经济和社会传统等角度提出了改善建议。
The specific performance of discrimination of female graduates in current employment market is analyzed. It is pointed out that the main reasons leading to discrimination are traditional gender concept, benefit behaviors of businesses, oversupply in the labour market and imperfect legal system, etc. Some improvement measures are put forward from the angles of legal, economic and social tradition.
