摘要
采用注塑法制备了PP微泡材料,并研究了发泡剂种类和用量对性能的影响。结果表明:新型发泡剂RS3000发泡效果明显优于AC和NaHCO_3;随着发泡剂用量的增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率逐渐降低,冲击强度先增加减小,密度则是先降低后增加;当发泡剂RS3000用量为0.5份时,性能最佳:拉伸强度20.4MPa、断裂伸长率564%、冲击强度50.6kJ/m^2、密度0.879g/cm^3。
The microcellular PP foam was prepared by injection mould, and the influence of different kinds and contents of foaming agent on the properties was investigated. The results showed that the effect of the new foaming agent RS3000 was superior to AC and NaHCO3.With the increase of foaming agent,the tensile strength and the elongation at break decreased,and the impact strength was increased firstly and then decreased, hut the density was just opposite of the impact strength.When the content of foaming agengt RS3000 was 0.5 phr,the properties reached best,the tensile strength 20.4MPa,the elongation at break 564%, the impact strength 50.6kJ/m^2, the density 0.879g/cm^3.
