摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法,研究并建立一种可测定强筋合剂中原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Agilent C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(8:92);流速:1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长:280nm。结果原儿茶醛在0.0044~0.0885mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997);平均回收率为102.3%。结论高效液相色谱法准确、快速、简便、阴性无干扰、重复性好、专一性强,可用于强筋合剂中原儿茶醛的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE The reversed phased high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of Protocatechuic aldehyde in Qiang Jin Mixture can be studied and established by using HPI.C.METHODS The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Agilent C18 (150 × 4.6mm, 5μm) ;column was used as stationary phase;the mobile phase was composed of Methanol and 1% glacial acetic acid (8:92); the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 ; the UV absorhance detection wavelength was set at 280nm. RESULTS The Protoeateehuic aldehyde curve showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 0044-0. 0885mg(r = 0. 9997) ;The average recovery of Paeoniflorin was 102.3 %. CONCLUSION The result showed that this method was convenient, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used in determination of Protocatechuic aldehyde in Qiang Jin Mixture.
