结核分枝杆菌培养滤液蛋白免疫学特性及应用研究进展

Advances in the study of Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture filtrate proteins

摘要 结核分枝杆菌培养滤液蛋白(CFP)是结核分枝杆菌培养上清中的分泌蛋白,在结核感染动物模型中能促进保护性免疫的产生,能刺激免疫细胞高效分泌IFN-γ等细胞因子。本文就其组成、生物学和免疫学特性及其在临床诊断和疫苗研制的应用前景做一综述。 Culture filtrate proteins(CFPs) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis are secreted proteins in M.tuberculosis culture supernatants.In animal models of M.tuberculosis infection,they can promote protective immunity and stimulate immune cells to efficiently secrete cytokines such as IFN-γ.This paper reviews their composition,biological and immunological characteristics,and prospects for clinical diagnosis and vaccine development.
