塑料大棚山药珠芽快繁种薯密度研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高平凉山药的繁殖效率,研究了塑料大棚条件下山药珠芽不同栽培密度对当年形成的种薯的茎鲜质量、珠芽质量、种薯横径、单薯质量、产量等指标的影响。研究结果表明,大棚栽培珠芽较露地栽培能提早出苗12d;珠芽栽培密度对山药种薯生育期无明显影响;珠芽栽培密度越大,种薯的单质量下降越明显(r=-0.631**);合理的栽培密度为40~60株/m2,50株/m2时综合效果最佳,繁殖出的种薯合格率(种薯单质量大于100g)较高,符合生产标准。 In order to improve the reproduction efficiency of the Pingliang Chinese yam,studied the effects of different cultivation density of yam bulbils on stem fresh weight,yam bulbils weight,seed tuber transverse diameter,single weight of yam seed tuber and yield,all which produced at the same year under the plastic shed condition.The findings indicated the emergency time under plastic shed condition was earlier 12 days than that under the ground.Cultivation density of bulbils had no significant efficiency on yam seed tuber growing period.Yam seed weight most significantly decreased along with cultivation density increasing with related index 0.631.The reasonable cultivation density should be 40-60 plants/m2,yam seed had the best comprehensive characters when density at 50 plants per square,with the higher qualified rate of seed tuber(single yam seed weight was bigger than 100 g) reproduced and it conforms to the production standard.
