摘要
在妊娠过程中,母体甲状腺会发生一系列的生理适应性变化,出现甲状腺结合球蛋白和绒毛膜促性腺激素水平的升高等,促使甲状腺激素的产生和代谢也发生改变,出现妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减退等疾病,本文就就妊娠合并甲状腺功能异常的相关问题进行分析。
