摘要
目的观察针刺对脑瘫患者康复中脑功能代偿作用的影响。方法将100例脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组采用针刺配合康复训练,对照组仅采用康复训练。评定两组临床康复疗效以及头颅CT、SPECT病变恢复情况。结果治疗组总有效率为84.0%,对照组为52.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后发育商、头颅CT恢复率和头颅SPECT恢复正常率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺具有促进脑功能的代偿作用,是治疗脑瘫患者的一种有效方法。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on cerebral compensation during rehabilitation of patients with cerebral palsy. Methods A hundred subjects with cerebral palsy were randomized into a treatment group （50 cases） and a control group （50 cases）. The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment plus rehabilitation training, and the control group only received rehabilitation training. The therapeutic effects were evaluated, as well as the improvement of lesions by head CT scan and brain SPECT. Result The total effective rate was 84.0% in the treatment group versus 52.0% in the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Compared to the control group, the developmental quotient （DQ）, recovery rates based on head CT and brain SPECT were superior in the treatment group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture improves the compensation of cerebral function, and is effective in managing cerebral palsy.
