摘要
目的观察耳针镇痛方法用于经阴道B超引导下穿刺取卵术中的作用。方法将160例体外受精-胚胎移植患者随机分为治疗组120例和对照组40例。治疗组采用耳针治疗,对照组采用盐酸哌替啶(杜冷丁)麻醉,比较两组镇痛效果。结果治疗组麻醉效果、获卵数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳针的镇痛效果与盐酸哌替啶相仿,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of ear acupuncture during transvaginal ultrasound guided ovum pick-up. Methods One hundred and sixty patients receiving in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 120 cases and a control group of 40 cases. The treatment group received ear acupuncture and the control group, anaesthesia with meperidine hydrochloride （dolantin）. The analgesic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in anesthetic effect and the number of collected ova between the the treatment and control groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ear acupuncture has an analgesic effect similar to that of meperidine hydrochloride and is of safety and effectiveness.
