离体心脏Langendorff灌流模型稳定性的探讨 被引量:17

摘要 Langendorff离体心脏灌注模型凭借其较高的可重复性、良好的稳定性和相对较低的技术要求等优点,成为了心血管研究领域中最为广泛使用的实验模型之一。在获取离体心脏后,将其连接于灌注装置并通过逆行灌注的方法对离体心脏进行灌注;进行灌注时,对灌注液成分进行调整并保持灌注压力、温度和pH值的稳定,就能使离体心脏功能恢复到生理状态。所以,模型是否稳定会对实验结果产生直接的影响。近十几年来,正是由于人们充分掌握了如何建立稳定的离体心脏灌注模型,并利用该模型所具有的优势,在心血管和药理学领域的研究才不断取得重大突破。
