摘要
目的:探讨原发性输卵管癌(Primary fallopian tube carcinoma,PFTC)的病理形态特征及鉴别诊断。方法:对2例PFTC进行组织学观察,结合文献对本病的临床表现、病理形态特点及鉴别诊断进行探讨。结果:2例PFTC均发生于绝经后妇女,间断性阴道液性分泌物增多和盆腔包块。肿瘤组织位于输卵管腔内,呈复杂的乳头状或管状乳头状排列。术后随访2年,1例无复发和转移,1例死亡。结论:PFTC是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,诊断上应注意与转移性输卵管癌鉴别。
Objective To investigate the pathomorphologic features and differential diagnosis of primary fallopian tube carcinoma（PFTC）.Method Two cases with PFTC were studied by light microscopy.Its clinical manifestations,pathologic features and main point of differential diagnosis from other pancreatic tumors were discussed,and the literature was reviewed.Results Two patients of PFTC were after menopause.The main symptoms were paroxysmal vaginal discharge and pelvic mass.The tumor lay in fallopian tube.The histologic architecture was papillary or tubupapilary.One patient was followed up for 2 years after surgical resection without recurrence and metastasis and another was dead.Conclusion PFTC is a rare malignant tumor,and should be distinguished from metastatic fallopian tube carcinoma.
