摘要
为检验淤煤装载机提装槽的工作可靠性,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对提装槽结构进行刚度和强度分析,得出了提装槽工作时的变形与应力分布规律,分析了最大变形和最大应力出现的位置。分析结果证明了提装槽的强度和刚度符合设计要求,为提装槽的优化设计提供了依据。
To test the work reliability of the lifting and loading trough of silt coal loader machine, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analysis the rigidity and the strength of the lifting and loading trough structure. Obtained the distribute rule the distortion and the stress distribution rule of the lifting and loading trough in work. Has analyzed the position which the biggest distortion and the biggest stress. The analysis results proved that the lifting and loading trough's intensity and the rigidity meet the design requirements. To provide the basis for the lifting and loading trough's optimization design.
