摘要
矿井提升钢丝绳在煤矿生产中具有十分重要的地位,其力学特性对于研究其磨损、失效具有重要意义。通过对6×7IWS同向捻钢丝绳在有限元分析软件中建立空间结构和尺寸均与实际相符的模型,选择现场常见的工况设定相应的边界条件进行仿真计算,得到钢丝绳的数值计算结果,计算结果对指导钢丝绳的应用提供了数值参考。
Wire ropes have found wide application in the mine. The 6×7IWS wire rope models were built and meshed with gridding. The parameters and boundary conditions were set based on the actual conditions. The data shown there are many different parts between models. The model with contact pairs has the more veracious value than without one. The solutions prove that the contact friction pair must be considered in the numerical simulation.
