摘要
基于Ansys workbench,对高速立式加工中心主轴箱进行静态特性分析,主轴箱头部靠近主体部分的侧面刚度较小,且主轴箱应力分布不均。改进后的主轴箱,静刚度提高了30%,应力分布也较改进前均匀。此方法为主轴箱结构的设计提供技术支持。
Based on Ansys Workbench, static characteristic analysis of high-speed vertical machining center headstock was carried on, known that the stiffness of side face of the head of headstock closing to the main body was small, and the stress distribution of headstock was uneven. The static stiffness of the improved headstock increased by 30%, and the stress distribution of the improved headstock was more even. This method provided technical support for the design of headstock structure.
