摘要
从行动研究的角度对于城市新移民社会融入进行探讨。以天津市华章里社区为例,分析和诊断农民工在城市融入方面存在的问题,同时检视现存的华章里社区服务模式的特色与限制;探索农民工社会融入的途径,结合社会工作介入方法,设计出适合本土化的实务模式;并对这套实务模式做出反思,以在日后的实践中获得更好的效果。
This article discusses social inclusion of new immigrants from the perspective of action research. Taking the community of Huazhangli in Tianjin as example, we analyse and diagnose various problems of migrant workers in the process of integration. At the same time we review the features and limitation of existing service models in community and explore ways for social inclusion. Combining with social work intervention method, we design native practical model; and in order to obtain better results we make reflection of this practice pattern.
