摘要
在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH值为6.0)条件下,溴酚蓝对Fe2+与邻二氮菲的显色反应具有增敏作用,形成的络合物在三氯甲烷中的最大吸收波长为604nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为ε604=1.64×104L.(mol.cm)-1,灵敏度提高了49%。Fe2+浓度在0~2.0mg.L-1范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为0.015 mg.L-1,用于自来水中铁含量检测能够得到满意结果。
The bromophenol blue has sensibilization to chromogenic reaction of Fe2+ and phenantheroline in HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH value is 6.0).The maximum absorption wave length of complex was 604nm in chloroform.The molar absorption coefficient was 1.63×104L·(mol·cm)-1 and the sensitivity increased 48%.Beer's law was obeyed for Fe(Ⅱ) in the range of 0~2.0mg·mL-1 and the detection limit wass 0.015mg·L-1.This method can be applied to determine micro Fe in tap water and the results were satisfied.
