摘要
[目的]探讨β-catenin和DKK-1蛋白表达在子宫内膜癌发生过程中的作用。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测17例正常增生期子宫内膜、20例单纯性增生子宫内膜和30例子宫内膜样腺癌组织的β-catenin和DKK-1蛋白表达。[结果]β-catenin和DKK-1主要表达于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞及腺癌细胞。在正常增生期子宫内膜、子宫内膜单纯性增生和子宫内膜样腺癌,β-catenin表达量分别为8.986、6.575和4.093,呈下降趋势,在子宫内膜样腺癌的表达明显低于其他二者(P<0.05);DKK-1的表达量分别为5.238、3.760和2.467,在子宫内膜样腺癌的表达明显低于其他二者(P<0.05)。子宫内膜样腺癌中β-catenin与DKK-1的表达呈正相关(r=0.454,P<0.05),而在正常增生期子宫内膜和单纯性增生子宫内膜中的表达无明确相关性。[结论]β-catenin和DKK-1的表达下降可能参与了子宫内膜样腺癌的癌变过程。
[Objective] To explore the role of β-catenin and DKK-1 expressions in development of endometrial adenocarcinoma,to provide theory basis for mechanisms of endometrial adenocarcinoma development on molecular level.[Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to detecte the protein expression of β-catenin and DKK-1 in 17 cases of normal proliferative phase endometrium,20 cases of simple endometrial hyperplasia and 30 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma.[Results] β-catenin and DKK-1 expressed mainly in epithelial cells of endometrium and cells of endometrial adenocarcinoma.In normal proliferative phase endometrium,simple endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinom the expression quantities of β-catenin were 8.986,6.575 and 4.093 respectively,it was obviously lower than those in others(P0.05);the expression quantities of DKK-1 were 5.238,3.760 and 2.467 respectively,it was obviously lower than those in others(P0.05).Expression of β-catenin was positively related to that of DKK-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma(r=0.454,P0.05),but not in others.[Conclusion] The lower expressions of β-catenin and DKK-1 might participate in pathogensis of the endometrium canceration.
