摘要
制备了不同质量分数的表面修饰空心微珠的复合钙基润滑脂,用以考察空心微珠在润滑脂中的减摩抗磨性能.采用面-面接触式万能摩擦磨损试验机对润滑脂体系的减摩抗磨性能进行对比研究.利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱仪对摩擦表面形貌和组成进行了分析.结果表明:添加空心微珠能有效改善润滑脂的减磨抗磨性能,在转速为1 200 r/m in、载荷为200 N、空心微珠质量分数为1%时,摩擦系数降低37.5%,磨损量降低33%.
Surface-modified cenosphere was prepared and used as a lubricating additive in calcium complex grease.Friction and wear of steel against steel lubricated by calcium complex grease with and without surface-modified cenosphere were evaluated on a MMW-1P face-to-face tribo-tester.The lubricating mechanism of the surface-modified cenosphere was discussed.The morphology of the surface-modified cenosphere was observed on an optical microscopy(OM).The results showed that the surface-modified cenosphere can be well dispersed in base oil(500SN).The friction and wear of steel tribo-pair under lubrication of grease can be improved using surface-modified cenosphere as an additive.Specifically,at a rotating speed of 1 200 r/min and a applied load of 200 N,the friction coefficient and the wear were reduced by 37.5% and 33% for 500SN oil doped with 1% cenoshpere particles.
