摘要
文章采用有限元时步法设计直驱式永磁力矩电机,以场路耦合基本方程为依据,设计计算了电机空载和负载运行性能。在此基础上,研制了一台72 N.m样机。感应电动势、电流计算波形和实测结果均较为一致,验证了设计分析的正确性和有效性。
Time-stepping finite element analysis was applied for design and simulation of direct drive permanent magnet torque motors.According to the field-circuit coupled equations unload and load performances were computed.Based on the design,a prototype motor was manufactured.The calculated curves of the electromotive forces and currents were compared to test ones for confirming the validity of the proposed method.
