自体骨髓干细胞联合辛伐他汀治疗脊髓损伤 被引量:5

Combination therapy of autologous bone marrow stem cells and simvastatin for neurologic disfunction in patient with spinal cord injury

摘要 目的:探讨辛伐他汀联合自体骨髓干细胞(BMSCs)动员与手术移植治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)的临床疗效。方法:对132例SCI患者分别采用BMSCs动员、移植联合辛伐他汀、单独辛伐他汀治疗以及常规治疗。测定各组外周血CD133+CD34+细胞数,并行Barthel指数和ASIA评分,神经电生理及对比分析。结果:治疗后动员及移植组患者ASIA评分和Barthel指数以及外周血CD133+CD34+细胞数分别显著高于其它2组(P<0.05)。未出现1例明显毒副反应。结论:自体BMSCs联合辛伐他汀治疗SCI,可以促进神经功能的恢复,提高患者生活能力和质量,是治疗SCI安全有效方法。自体BMSCs动员较手术移植更简便、无创,实用性强,值得临床推广。 Objective: To assess the safety and efficacy of combination therapy of autologous bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs) and simvastatin after spinal cord injury.Methods: 132 patients with complete SCI were enrolled and treated with combination therapy of BMSCs transplantation,mobilization and simvastatin,simvastatin monotherapy and routine medical therapy.The patients underwent preoperative and follow-up neurological assessment using the American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale(AISA),Barthel index and electrophysiological monitoring. Peripheral blood CD133+CD34+ cells were analyzed with flow cytometer.Results: Significant functional improvement was seen(the AISA,Barthel index,CD133+CD34+ cells and electrophysiology scale assessment) in patients receiving combination therapy.No patients experienced serious complications during the treatment.Conclusion: Combination therapy of autologous bone marrow stem cells and simvastatin could enhances functional recovery after spinal cord injury.The treatment of BMSCs mobilization combined with simvastatin are more convenient,non-invasive and practicable compared with the therapy of BMSCs transplantation.
