摘要
目的:探讨两种术式治疗肾囊肿的经济效果与合理诊治方法。方法:97例肾囊肿患者手术方式成本-效果分析比较。结果:A、B两组的治疗成本-效果增量比较,B组方案为较佳方案。结论:腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术已成为肾囊肿外科手术治疗的首选。
Objective To study the two kinds of surgical treatment of renal cyst of economic effect and rational treatment method.Methods Patients with renal cyst 97 operation method of cost-effectiveness analysis comparison.Results A,B two group of treatment of cost-effectiveness incremental comparison,group B scheme for better solutions.Conclusion Laparoscopic renal cyst to top decompression has become renal cyst surgical treatment of choice.
