杉木机床刨花压制碎料板的工艺研究

摘要 主要研究了利用杉木机械加工废料刨花制造碎料板的工艺。以热压温度、热压时间和施胶量三个主要影响因素,采用正交试验分析研究各因素对碎料板的物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:施胶量对杉木废料碎料板的IB影响最大,热压温度其次;热压温度和施胶量对板子的吸水厚度膨胀率也有明显影响,但三个因素对板子的静曲强度均无显著影响。最优工艺参数为热压温度170℃~180℃、热压时间25s.mm-1、施胶量14%。 In order to utilize Chinese fir comprehensively and reasonably,an issue states the study on the manufacturing the particle board with the planer shaving processed Chinese-fir board.Considering three factors of the hot-pressing temperature,the hot-pressing time and resin content to research by the orthogonal test.And then,the effects of these factors on the physical and mechanical performance were analyzed.The results showed that effect of the resin content was most significant,and the hot-pressing temperature secondly.They were recommended the following parameters: resin content of 14%,pressing temperature 170℃-180℃ and pressing time 25s.mm-1.
