摘要
用纳米钛酸钡粉末制成电阻式和电容式两种结构的湿敏元件,测量了两种结构元件在不同相对湿度,以及不同频率时的电阻、电容、阻抗等电学参数,对其特性曲线进行了对比分析.讨论了湿敏元件的感湿机理.研究表明,感湿特性主要是由纳米材料丰富的颗粒界面吸附水分产生表面效应和界面效应引起的.
A resistive-type and a capacitive-type humidity sensors are made of nanometer barium titanate(BaTiO3).The resistance,capacitance and impedance are measured and analyzed at different relative humidity(RH) and frequency.The humidity mechanisms are discussed on this basis.It is showed that the humidity sensitive properties are determined mainly by the abundant interfaces among grains,which are affected by the absorbed water.
