摘要
海洋微生物代谢产物的结构新颖、活性独特,是新药及其先导结构的一个重要来源,其相关研究也备受国内外广泛关注。简要综述了近年来国内海洋微生物及其研究模型概况及天然产物的超临界CO2萃取。
With the feature of novel structure and unique activity,secondary metabolites of microorganisms in the marine environment have become the important source for new drug screening,and much attention has been paid to the relevant studies.In the paper,the domestic research model on microbialmetabolites from marine-derived microorganisms and application of supercritical CO2 extraction from natural products was reviewed for the recent years.
