摘要
本研究从医院医保管理的角度,剖析了目前病案管理中存在的问题,如病案中知情同意书不完善,分解收费,医嘱、出院带药记录不完整,自费药比例、大型仪器检查和平均住院天数不符合医保政策规定等。这些问题会直接影响社保机构对医院垫付的医保基金的支付。医院要针对目前病案管理中存在的问题,加强医务人员医保政策教育,加强病案的环节和终末质量控制。
The problems existing in medical records management,such as incomplete informed consent,split charging,incomplete records of medical orders and discharge medication,the proportion of self-sponsored drugs,examinations with large-scale instrument and average length of stay were not consistent with medical insurance policies,were analyzed from the point of medical insurance management,which may directly influence the payment of medical insurance fund from social insurance institutions.According to above problems,medical insurance policies should be publicized to medical staff;link and final quality control should also be strengthened.
