摘要 毛细管电泳（capillary electrophoresis，CE），又称高效毛细管电泳（high performance capillary electrophoresis，HPCE），是20世纪80年代问世的一种高效液相分离法。CE作为一种高效、微量、高灵敏度及自动化的分离分析方法，已在医学、生物学、生命科学等领域引起广泛关注。
