摘要 介绍了国外一种新型全热式新排风热回收空气处理装置,分析了其通过架设于热力循环两端上的换热器进行新排风热源间的间接换热回收实际效果,及其在国内气候特点下的可移植性,并且提供了一种将换热器与轴流风机叶轮集成的紧凑化设计思路。与传统新风换气机相比,该设计具有焓差利用率高、系统能效高以及适用季节长等特点;通过添加简单的运行控制策略,对换热器表面进行适当的处理,可以实现新排风的全热回收运行。 A novel kind of heat recovery fresh air handling unit(AMVHR) prototype is introduced,analyzing its actual performance of the indirect heat recovery process between the fresh and exhaust air by the heat exchangers which were erected in refrigeration(heat pump) cycle,the portability of transplant in domestic climate characteristics.A compact structure design principle on integrating of heat exchanger and axial flow fan impeller is expounded.Compared with traditional MVHR for fresh air handling,this design has higher efficiency of equal enthalpy difference,long season applicable;By adding some simple operation strategies and proper heat exchanger surface treatment,it can realize a total heat recovery operation from fresh and exhaust indoor air.
