摘要
桩基工程作为隐蔽工程,在建(构)筑物的施工过程中,往往会出现各种问题。结合实际工程出现的人工挖孔灌注桩无法继续施工的问题,采用木桩加固地基土形成复合地基,同时考虑承台地基土的分担作用。施工过程中发现地质勘查报告不准确,导致木桩桩长不够,桩可能出现承载力不足,采用锚杆静压桩对承载力进行补偿,最后形成了一种多元复合地基基础形式。工程实践表明,该工程中所采用的处理方法,取得了良好的工程和经济效果。
During the construction of the pile foundation which belongs to concealed work, it is common to have various problems. In a construction case manual dig-pouring piles were unable to be constructed for rich groundwater. Using the timber pile to strengthen the soft ground to form composite foundation was presented in this paper. According to the geological conditions of the construction site, the contribution of the ground soil under pile cap should be considered. It was found that the geologic survey report was not very accurate, which led to the inadequate length of the timber pile and inadequate of bearing capacity of the pile was used for compensating the lack of bearing capacity, forming a multiple composite last. Good engineering quality and economic results have been obtained.
