摘要
为了在全球范围内统一实施公约标准,2006年海事劳工公约同时引入了对船旗国管理和港口国监督的要求。本文从船旗国管理的角度,介绍了公约的相关制度及我国履约工作的推进,并为我国的履约准备工作提出了相关建议。
In order to uniformly implement the standards of the convention, MLC 2006 introduces the requirements of FSC and PSC simultaneously. This thesis introduces the related regulations of conventions and the advance of their implementation in China. It also proposes suggestions for China＇s preparatory work of conventions＇ implementation.
