国外护士职业认同研究评述与启示 被引量:15

摘要 职业认同是职业人的自我概念,是对社会赋予的职业角色的承认.自内心接受该职业.并对它做出积极的感知和正面的评价。它既指一种过程,也指一种状态。“过程”是指,职业人从自己的经历中逐渐发展、确认自己职业角色的过程:“状态”是指职业人当前对自己所从事职业的认同程度翻。职业认同是职业人在工作中驰骋的重要的心理基础.是其职业发展的内在激励因素.探索护士职业认同的内涵及其发展影响因素.对护士个体职业发展及护理学科的发展都具有重要意义。我国护士职业认同的研究刚刚起步.而在国外。护士职业认同已经成为重要的独立研究领域.其研究成果对我国护理界有重要的启示与借鉴意义。
