摘要
以恒温聚合得到的三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)为阻燃剂,4A分子筛为协效剂,制备了阻燃PA6。研究了4A分子筛用量对阻燃PA6性能的影响。结果表明,少量的分子筛便可以显著提高PA6的阻燃性能,在加速体系成炭的同时使炭层结构发生变化。当MPP、4A分子筛质量分数分别为20%、4%时,阻燃PA6的氧指数可以达到30%,拉伸强度为63.95 MPa,弯曲强度为112.37 MPa,冲击强度为4.32kJ/m2。
Melamine polyphosphate(MPP)as flame retardant was prepared through thermal polymerization of melamine phosphate at a certain temperature. The obtained product was then used to flame-retard PA6 and 4A zeolite as the synergetic flame retardant. The effect of different contents of 4A zeolite on flame retardant PA6 and its synergy with MPP were systematically investigated. The experimental results showed that few 4A zeolite can improve the flame retardant property of PA6 obviously. It accelerated char forming reaction and at the same time improved the structure of charred layer during combustion of material. Upon addition of 20%MPP,4% 4A zeolite to the flame retarding system, oxygen Index was 30% , tensile strength of material was 63. 95MPa and bending strength 112.37MPa,impact strength 4. 32kJ/m2.
