摘要
与曲柄连杆滑块机构相比,以曲柄六杆作为组合传动机构的终级输出构件向工作机构(滑块)传递运动和动力具有一些较好的特性。曲柄六杆传动机构中主动件与运动输出滑块之间的位置、速度及加速度关系是机构运动学分析、机械机构设计的基础。对机械压力机曲柄六杆传动机构各构件的运动学特性从理论上进行了分析,建立了理论分析计算公式,并进行了仿真模拟,对该类机构的进一步研究分析具有重要意义。
Compared with crank and slider mechanism,the ultimate output component with crank toggle as a combination transmission mechanism has some better characteristics for transmitting movement and force.The relation of position,speed and acceleration between driving part and output slider in the crank toggle transmission mechanism is the base of the mechanism's kinematic analysis and machine design.Every component's kinematic characteristics in the crank toggle transmission mechanism of the mechanical press is analyzed,their theoretical formula is establish and simulation is carried out.This study is quite useful for further research and analysis of this type of mechanism.
