摘要
锥面过盈联接应力问题本质上是空间轴对称问题。在锥面过盈联接几何模型分析的基础上,运用平面应力问题和平面应变问题结合的方法求解,并结合该问题的边界条件,通过定义尺寸影响系数,得到有限尺寸条件下锥面过盈联接的位移和应力的解析式。结合一个算例,用有限元方法检验该求解方法的有效性,而内、外锥角在不同组合情况下最大相对误差的分析结果表明该方法在一定范围里还具有普适性。通过深入分析几何模型中相关的结构几何参数对外环径向位移的影响规律,为圆锥过盈联接的合理设计提供指导。
Stress analysis of the tapered interference fit is essentially a space axisymmetric problem.After analyzing geometrical model of tapered interference fit,giving boundary conditions of this problem,and defining dimension effect coefficient,the closed-form formulae of the displacement and stress of the tapered interference fit,which dimension is finite,are obtained by the method of synthetically considering plain stress problem and plain strain problem.Then,in one example,the validity of results calculated by the analytical solution has been checked by the results obtained by the finite element method.The universality of the theoretical method in some range has been proved through analyzing the maximum relative errors given by different combined conditions of inner and outer tapered angle.And the effect of correlative geometrical parameters in the geometrical model on the radial displacement of the outer race is deeply investigated.It provides the guideline for the reasonable design of tapered interference.
