摘要
由于agent的非人工智能特性,使其在模拟人类劝说的过程中经常会陷入僵局,影响合作。为解决该问题,结合其作为人工智能工具的情感特性,对agent劝说中的情感进行了分类;运用形势逻辑理论,构建了agent劝说中的消极情感影响模型,并举例阐述;基于该模型,在提出agent劝说的消极情感变化度的概念后,给出了相应的比较方法,并通过算例进行了验证。与已有研究相比,该研究能更进一步发挥agent的理性优势,减轻系统负担,同时促进agent之间更好地合作。
For its characteristic of non-AI,agent persuasion can always be in deadlock when it simulate human being,which is harmful to its cooperation.To do with this and combined with the characteristic of emotion as in AI,classified emotion of agent persuasion,and constructed impact model of negative emotion on agent persuasion with the theory of formal logic,which was explained clearly through an example.Based on this model,also gave relative method of comparison after gave the concept of change degree of negative emotion,which was also verified to be effective through a calculation example.The result shows that it can bring the rational advantage of agent into play and decrease the system burden,which is good to its cooperation.
