摘要
以膨胀珍珠岩掺量变化对矿渣粉磨性能影响来研究其助磨性能。试验表明,膨胀珍珠岩助磨效果为:矿渣+粉煤灰>矿渣+熟料>矿渣单独粉磨,最佳掺量分别是0.3%、0.4%和0.3%。掺入0.3%膨胀珍珠岩粉磨的水泥,强度随龄期增加逐渐递增,28d抗压强度可提高10MPa。
Variation the dosage of expanded perlite to study their performance of grinding aid for GGBS grinding.The order of availability was as follows: GGBS+ash> GGBS+clinker> GGBS,and the optimum dosage of expanded perlite for the above-mentioned materials were 0.3%,0.4% and 0.3%.The compressive strength of cement increased steadily with curing age prolonged when the dosage of expanded perlite was 0.3%,and the 28d compressive strength of cement would be improved 10MPa.
