复杂河网水利工程水量水质联合调度研究 被引量:5

Study on Joint Regulation of Quantity and Quality of Water Structures for Complicated River Network Hydraulic Project

摘要 以北村水系为例,采用平面二维有限元水动力模型RMA2和水质模型RMA4,模拟分析了潮位影响、引水工程及水库泄水单因素水利工程水资源调度条件下河网水量水质时空变化规律,提出了3种闸、站、库联合调度方案,建立了水量水质联合调度评价指标综合评价方案。结果表明,落潮时引潮排水相结合方案为北村水系水利工程联合运行最优方案。 Two-dimensional hydrodynamics finite element model RMA2 and water quality model RMA4 have been applied in Beicun river network to simulate the temporal-spatial change of water quantity and quality under the tide level influence and water resource control of diversion project and reservoir discharge.On this basis,three schemes of sluice-pump-reservoir combined regulations are proposed.Evaluation index of water quantity and quality joint operation are established to evaluate these different schemes.The results show that the scheme of pumping tidewater and draining waste water during ebb tide is the optimal plan.
