摘要
利用蒙特卡洛法计算了红外单灯热流分布,并据此建立了数据库,综合考虑红外灯直射热流、挡板反射率以及间隙漏光量等影响因素,得到红外灯阵热流分布。将红外灯空间坐标作为待优化参数,利用遗传算法对灯阵热流分布进行优化计算。文章对某型卫星真空热试验用红外灯阵进行了优化计算,根据优化结果对实际灯阵进行安装并测试热流均匀性,得到的实际结果与计算结果接近。以上工作对缩短红外灯阵热流均匀性测试时间,提升我国热试验水平有较重要的意义。
The heat flux distribution of an infrared lamp is computed based on Monte Carlo method, and the database is founded. Then, the heat flux distribution of the infrared lamp array is simulated with the consideration of the direct heat flux of the infrared lamp, reflect ration of the baffle board and the mass of leaked light. The coordinates of the lamps have been taken as the optimization parameter, and the optimization of the heat flux distribution for the infrared lamp array are computed based on Genetic Algorithm. The optimization method has been used in computing the heat flux distribution for the infrared lamp array, which would be used in the thermal vaccum test for a satellite. The real lamp array is installed based on the optimization result, and has been tested for the heat uniformity. The test result is found approaching the optimization result. The above work has great signification in shortening the time of the heat flux uniformity test for the infrared lamp array, which could help upgrading the level of thermal test.
