摘要
中小学信息技术课程内容的确认以何为据?其本质特征如何?小、初、高各个学段的侧重和分工以何为据?这些问题一直摆在我们面前。使用一般性、开放性和社会性三元品质来对信息技术课程的本质特征进行归纳,可使其内涵更清晰,条理更有序,且为完成小、初、高各个阶段的任务分野提供方法。
What's the basis of the contents of informational technology curriculum (IT) for primary and secondary schools? What's its essence? What's the basis for its function division in primary schools, junior middle schools and senior middle schools? It will make the essence of IT curriculum more clear and more orderly to conclude the nature of IT curriculum from three aspects: generality, openness and sociality, which will provide the method for the division of the tasks for primary schools, junior middle schools and senior middle schools.
