摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,工程咨询业迅速发展起来。但是,当前我国工程咨询企业存在竞争意识不强、市场化程度较低、企业规模小、服务范围窄、服务质量不高、社会信誉缺乏、综合实力不足、竞争力弱、企业人员专业水平较低等问题,制约了其快速健康发展。尤其是加入WTO以后,我国工程咨询企业面临着国际国内双重考验。针对当前工程咨询企业存在的问题,提出建立工程咨询虚拟组织来增强其综合竞争能力的建议。
With the continuous development of economy,engineering consulting industry has been rapidly developing.However,there are existing problems that engineering consulting firm is without strong sense of competition,less market-oriented,small scale,less range of services,low quality of service,lack of social credibility,low overall strength,weak competitiveness,and low level of professionals.Especially after accession to WTO,Chinese engineering consulting firms face the dual challenges at home and abroad.Aiming at the current existing problems of engineering consulting firms,this paper proposes that we should establish the virtual organization of engineering consulting to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
