摘要
应用投入产出技术，提出了测定技术进步对经济增长贡献的一种方法。在该方法中，从最终需求变动、价格变动、结构变动和技术进步等四个方面分析了其对总产出增长的影响，提出了测定技术进步对总产出增长贡献的计算公式，并运用这一方法和四川省1987年及1990年投入产出表提供的数据，对四川省1987～1990年的技术进步进行了测定。
In this paper, a new method to meaasure the impact of the technical progress on aggregate growth of the economy is proposed by means of the input-output technique. Based on this method, the impact on aggregate growth of the total product is analyzed from the balanced growth of final demand , price change, structural change and technical progress. The calculating formula for measuring the contribution to growth of the total product due to the technical progress is put forward. Using the model and the data on 1987 and 1990 input-output table in Sichuan province ,the technical progress in Sichuan trom 1987 to 1990 is measured.
