盐土地区混凝土抗钢筋腐蚀性能试验研究

摘要 以不同水灰比、不同含气量、不同掺合料及不同掺合比例、不同养护方式下的混凝土为对象,通过钢筋自然腐蚀电位的变化及钢筋失重率研究了混凝土抗钢筋锈蚀性能,并采用湿通电法进行了钢筋的加速锈蚀试验。研究结果表明:混凝土的强度越高,抗钢筋锈蚀性能越好;钢筋的自然腐蚀电位会随着锈蚀的进行先增大后稍减小并趋于稳定;适当引气、加掺合料等可有效改善混凝土的抗钢筋锈蚀性能,不同掺合料改善效果不同。提出解决西部盐土地区混凝土钢筋锈蚀问题的建议混凝土配合比方案:混凝土含气量宜3%-5%;粉煤灰或矿渣掺量20%-30%,硅粉掺量5%-8%。 The change of electric potential due to natural corrosion and weight-loss ratio of reinforcement are adopted to study the Reinforced Concrete in the west saline areas through different water-cement ratio, different air-content, different admixtures, different admixture contents and different curing methods,and the method of Moisture Electrifying Corrosion is used to accelerate the reinforced concrete degeneration.The results show that,with the concrete strength increases, the resistance to chloride ion penetration increases;the change of electric potential due to natural corrosion increases at first,and then decreases,at last holds steady;Adding proper air-content and admixtures can improve the the resistance to corrosion, and effects vary among different admixtures.On this basis, the proper scheme of mix ratio used in west saline areas is recommended:the air-content is 3%-5%,the content of fly-ash or slag is 20%-30%, the content of silicides is 5%-8%, which is an approach to solve corrosion problems in the west saline areas.
