摘要 优化了双块式无砟轨枕混凝土租集料级配及混凝土的配合比,阐述了过程生产控制方法及实际生产中应该注意的问题。粗集料的级配及混凝土配合比的优化结果表明:当采用5~10mm粒级碎石40%,10~25mm粒级碎石60%,配合后可得到最大的堆积密度1592kg/m^3,孔隙率为39.7%;当水泥用量为460kg/m^3,水灰比为0.25,砂率33%,减水剂用量为胶凝材料的0.88%时,配制的混凝土28d的抗压强度达78.9MPa,其电通量、外观质量及抗冻性等均满足无砟轨道双块式混凝土轨枕的技术要求。 The concrete mixture proportions and the coarse aggregate's grade of bi-block sleeper for ballastless track were optimized.The matters needing attention and control methods of the manufacturing processes have been illustrated.The results of the mentioned optimization show that the maximum bulk density of 1592 kg/m^3 and the void ratio of 39.7% were obtained, when the coarse aggregates were mixed with 40% and 60% crushed stone with the size fraction of 5-10 mm and 10-25 ram, respectively.When the usage of cement, the water cement ratio, sand aggregate ratio, and the water reducing agent cementitious material ratio are 460 kg/m^3, 0.25,33 %, and 0.88%, respectively, the compressive strength at 28 d reaches 78.9 MPa.The electric flux, appearance quality and frost resistance of the hi-block sleeper products with the mentioned formula meets the requirement ofbi-block sleeper for ballastless track.
