摘要
建立了通过工业常用的物性参数对石脑油组成进行预测的方法,根据石脑油组成中相应的化学反应性能选取了32个真实组分来代表石脑油的组成,通过已知的工业常用的相对密度、氢含量、PONA值以及ASTM蒸馏曲线建立方程组,对该方程组求解得到石脑油的组成。计算得到的组成分布与实际情况基本相符,该方法可以应用于石脑油裂解反应模型。
A new method for feedstock reconstruction of hydrocarbon fractions is developed by using as input the analytically determined commercial indices.Thirty two real components are selected to describe the pyrolysis reaction performance of naphtha.And a set of equations including 32 equations is established according to the commercial indices,such as specific density,hydrogen content,PONA weight fraction and ASTM boiling points curve.We can solve the set of equations,and find a good correspondence between the simulated result and the analytically one.The model can be used in a simulation package for steam cracking.
