摘要
采用Fe2 + 作催化剂对紫山羊绒、驼绒、卡拉库尔羊毛、牦牛绒进行催化氧化脱色。探讨了脱色前后各纤维的白度、强力变化及失重率。分析了Fe2 + 在各种杂色动物纤维上的吸附性能以及纤维脱色后的表面形态结构与缩绒性能。结果表明, Fe2 + 在杂色动物纤维上的吸附率随纤维色泽的加深而增加, 采用本工艺对这几种动物纤维脱色可以达到较高的白度, 而强力损伤较小, 表面形态结构没有明显的改变, 缩绒性略有增加。
In the catalytic oxidation of pigment removal of natural colored animal fibers,Fe 2+ was used as the catalyst.The whiteness,strength and the loss of weight were discussed for the bleached fibers.The absorption of Fe 2+ by natural colored animal fibers,the surface structure of treated fibers and the feltability of bleached fibers were analyzed.The results show that the absorption of Fe 2+ by natural colored animal fibers increase with the increase of color depth of these fibers.the processes used in this research can achieve higher whiteness and less strength damage of the processed fibers.The surface scales are almost not changed,and the feltability of treated fibers is slightly improved.
