摘要
通过对SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料磨损表层、亚表层形貌分析可知,复合材料的磨损机理比基体合金复杂,粘着磨损和磨粒磨损同时起作用,在磨损过程中还发生氧化现象,复合材料的耐磨性能比基体合金有明显的提高,这是因为硬的SiC陶瓷颗粒承受了部分载荷。
This paper analyses the w ear surface and sub surface of the particles Si C reinforced Alu m inum m atrix com posite. It is found that the w ear m echanism of com posite,w hich cohesion and abrasionplay the roles sim ultaneous,is m ore com plex than the m atrix alloy. And oxidation takes place in the w earproceeding. As a result,the com posite has higher w ear resistance than its m atrix alloy because the particles Si C take som e load and in the surface there is a harder layer nam ed“m echanical m ined layer”.
