摘要
我国目前有8300万残疾人,涉及到2.6亿家庭,老年人口达1.4亿,是世界上残疾人和老年人最多的国家。在汶川大地震后,又新增10万多残疾人,而我国无障碍设施建设自20世纪80年代初才开始起步,所以我国无障碍建设任重道远。无障碍设施主要体现在公共建筑、居住建筑、城市道路中。介绍了平时工作环境中所遇的居住建筑无障碍设计中利用规范总结的工作经验。
Currently,there are 83,000,000 disabled people in our country.These people involve 2.6 billion families and number of old people reaches 1.4 billion,which makes our country one of countries that has the most disabled and old people.After Wen Chuan earthquake,now more than 100,000 disable people were added.However,no barrier design actually was adopted from 1980s,so we have much work to do for No barrier design.No barrier design mainly includes public facilities,residential buildings,municipal road.This article is about experience that was summarized in normal no barrier design.
