摘要
任何数据统计都具有某种说服的力量,是在此基础上满意于一个简单便捷的话语凭证,还是由此挖掘出更深层次的发展空间,导致的结局可能会大相径庭。研究发现:第一,数据说服的集体感染力常常经由数据直观给予的便捷空间、数据确切给予的话语空间、数据规模给予的说服空间来达成。第二,"办学条件"数据中硬性指标的背后有着或可能遮蔽、或借口回避、或关注不力等诸多问题。第三,"师资建设"数据中有待挖掘的发展空间,既与全社会无法遏制的择校行为之间存在一定的相关度,也与国家教师编制标准之间存在一定的相关度,还与社会对优质教育资源的各种需求之间存在一定的相关度,这些又恰恰需要与数据本身结合起来进行综合剖析。
All statistical data have a kind of convincing power. To establish simple evidence based on me uata, or to explore the further improvement space, will possibly result in different consequences. It is found that, firstly, the collective influence power of the data is usually composed of the simple space provided directly by the data, the discourse space offered accurately by the data, and the convincing space given by the scale of the data. Secondly, there are many hidden problems behind the index of "condition of school running" such as possible cover, intended avoidance or lack of attention. Thirdly, there may be possible improvement space in the index of "faculty building", which is correlated with the popular social behavior of school choice, the national faculty criterion, and the social desire for qualified education resources. All of these need to be analyzed together with the statistical data.
